At Hijabs by Fatima, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Please read the details below:

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Opened or worn hijabs or abayas
  • Any personalized or custom-designed items

How to Initiate a Return
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
